Choice of:

 1) separate self-contained upstairs with queensize bed spacious living area & additional sleeping loft (suggested donation $265)
 2) whole house: additional queensize bedroom, single room &library ~ sleeps 6 (suggested donation $325)

Water and electricity

Halemano is off the grid. Our electricity and water come from solar power and rain catchment. As a result, resource conservation is a must. Take short showers, unplug electronics when not in use, urinate outdoors when possible, turn off lights when leaving the room - in other words, use resources as sparingly as possible.

Deposit and cancellation

We do require a50% deposit with either Visa or Mastercard. If you cancel your stay 4 weeks or more prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded to you, minus a 15% fee. If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded unless we can fill the space with somebody else. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to, earthquakes or other natural disasters, we will refund the deposit, but Halemano and it's owners will not be responsible for any resulting cost or inconveniences to any individuals or organizations.
